2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The refund is requested within 7 days of the payment date, and
  • No more than 25% of the agreed service deliverables have been completed, and
  • You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction (e.g., non-initiation, communication breakdown)

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Work has already commenced and exceeds 25% completion
  • You change your mind after deliverables are partially fulfilled
  • Delays caused by lack of client input, approvals, or communication
  • Custom packages or discounted services

4. Partial Refunds

If a refund is approved, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. This is calculated using internal logs, project timelines, and communication records.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you must contact us at support@ebpsolutions.net. Frivolous chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal follow-up.
